2. Click on View Cart to visit the Cart Page.
3. Verify the products added, “Apply Coupon”, if any; and “Proceed to Checkout”.
4. Enter your billing and shipping details and “Proceed to Pay” (create your account for the first purchase).
5. Select the desired “Payment Method and “Confirm Your Email”.
6. Go to your email and make the payment towards your order as per the instruction received.
7. Come back to the website and upload the payment proof of the transaction on the “Upload Payment Receipt” page.
8. That’s it. Your order is placed successfully.

In a rare case, you may be required to pay the import duty and taxes on your purchase. It will be your responsibility as a buyer to fulfill the requirement of your country in such a case.

Once you place your order with us, we will send instructions to make the payment. Please make sure to upload the transaction copy on the payment page of the website here. We will process the order immediately after the payment is received.

We do not offer refunds. However, we will reship your order if it is not delivered within 4 weeks.

2. Products packed in a way to sustain transit damage.
3. Discreet packaging. No mention of the medication on the parcel.
4. If the parcel is not delivered within 4 weeks, we will reship for free.

The team will verify the payment proof uploaded by you and ship your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive order tracking details on your registered email.

Usually, it takes 2 to 3 weeks for a parcel to get delivered. But sometimes it may take longer depending on the air transport and destination customs performance.
